INFORMATION ABOUT REGULAR PRACTICES:

Coaches train paddlers on the technical aspects of the stroke and use drills to reinforce proper technique and build endurance. Practices focus on safety, building strength, stretching your cardio and working on stroke technique and timing. Practices might also include racing runs and race strategy, especially during race season (March to October). Practices are about one hour long; Saturdays at 8:30 am are 1 ½ hours.
